Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes:

- English law governs these terms and any disputes
- Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction

Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Entire Agreement
